Baking in the Kitchen

When she was living in the US my wife Ying learned the secrets to baking.  Her pizzas and breads were nothing short of amazing.  When we came to China, one of our first purchases was a small counter top oven large enough to hold a 13 inch round pizza pan.
Today, as she has done many a time before, she made a dough, which I assumed meant she was going to bake some bread.  As my students were leaving, she called m into the kitchen asking me how it was supposed to fit in the pan.  As I walked in I stopped in disbelief.
"Is this what I think it is?"
"Yes, how are they supposed to fit?"
Imagine my surprise to see before me, of all things...
 CINNAMON ROLLS!!!!!!!!
I showed her how they were to lay flat in the pan, which she let rise for @45 minutes before baking them for 30 minutes at 350 F (@175 C).  Thirty-five minutes later She was pulling out of the oven this...
They were perfectly baked inside and out.  The centers were hot, soft and gooey goodness.  Cinnabon, eat your heart out. I was in heaven.  I ate two fresh out of the oven and was reliving my childhood.  I forced myself to save a few for breakfast in the morning, but the rest disappeared before you could say in your best Andy Griffith voice....Mmmm Mmmmm Good!
